Admission Process
To enroll at St. Edward Central Catholic High School for the 2025-2026 school year, a current 8th grade student will need complete the following steps:
1. Incoming Freshman Placement Testing
Any eighth-grade student interested in attending St. Edward CCHS for the 2025-2026 school year can register online and take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) for scholarship opportunities and to assist with course placement. NOW AVAILABLE! A Merit-based Scholarship Program for incoming freshmen who take the placement test at St. Edward CCHS on December 1, 2024. One-time scholarship awards range from $2000 – $1500 and are based on a student’s placement test score of 99-95% (1st tier scholarship of $2000) or 94-90% (2nd tier scholarship of $1500).
2. Online Registration
Online registration for the 2025-2026 school year for incoming freshmen should be completed prior to Class of 2029, New Freshmen Course Selection Night on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. If you have not completed the online application or HSPT testing, you may still register your student by
- Creating a new student account, and completing a release of records form and submitting it to your student's school office. Click here to PRINT RELEASE OF RECORDS FORM.
- Create a new student account and complete the online application. Click here to COMPLETE APPLICATION.
A $350 non-refundable family registration fee is required to reserve your student’s place on our roster for the 2025-2026 school year. Pay the registration fee by clicking PAY FEE.
Parent(s) and /or guardian(s) and the student will meet with a faculty department chair during New Freshmen Course Selection Night on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. During this meeting, you will review course placement for your student based on their academic records and standardized HSPT scores.
