Academic Support Teacher

St. Edward Central Catholic High School is currently seeking candidates for a full-time Academic Support for the 2017-18 school year.  The Academic Support teacher provides direct instruction in the Academic Support course and serves as an advocate for students with IEP’s, ISP’s, and 504 Plans. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree in special education required
• Applicant must hold the Illinois Professional Educator License with endorsement in Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1)
• Practicing Catholics preferred
• Familiarity with 1:1 iPad instructional integration preferred

Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.  Teacher salary ranges $30,784 to $55,159
