School Registrar – Part Time

St. Edward Central Catholic High School is currently seeking candidates for the position of part-time school registrar. The registrar provides administrative assistant support for our school’s guidance counselors and Spiritual Director.

 

Minimum Requirements

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience with student management systems or database systems a plus

Bilingual strongly preferred

 

7:30 a.m. – 1:30pm on regular school days, for a total not to exceed 29.5 hours per week. The position work year will begin approximately two weeks prior to the beginning of the school year and end approximately two weeks after the conclusion of the school year.  The non-student attendance work days will be scheduled by the Director of Guidance.

 

Hourly wage will be based on qualifications and experience.  Hourly wage ranges $13.80 to $16.80 per hour.  Hours not to exceed 29.5 per week.
